Wildlife: | Here is the only species present in Venezuela shrew (Cryptotis thomasi), spectacled bear (Spectacled Bear), helmeted currasow (Pauxi pauxi) Torrent Duck (Merganetta Colombia), goat of the moors (Oxypogon guerinii), owl White Sox (Ciccaba albitarsus). | Flora: | Rich in endemic species, several Andean ferns known in Venezuela only within the boundaries of this park: Cochlidium pumilum, Diplazium remotum, remotum Grammitis, Grammitis major, G. myriophylla, G. vernicosa, stuebeli Polystichum, Thelypteris sandy, T. frigida and T. prolatipedis. | Water resources: | On two fronts source of many rivers and streams. | Tourist attractions: | - Laguna Los Cedros.
