Our company, ve.web.ve, ca, giving any potential tourist immediate access to the information available on possible destinations in Venezuela.

In this project, we show our interest to integrate the system of government, legal, social. The two movements, globalization and new information technologies that are radically transforming the tourism sector.

So ultimately the question is when to integrate e-tourism system ...

Right to social information.

The end of the monopoly on information flows and intermediation as a result of increased use of the Internet now allow developing countries exploit their tourism resources and get straight to the tourist potential. A proper use of these technologies can give them more autonomy to develop a brand image and promote their tourism.

The state Taxation and drain.

By including all stakeholders, helps reduce the financial evasion traditionally has been observed. Thus, developing countries can maximize their comparative advantages in this sector, to reorganize its tourism offer based on their own development strategies and better integrate into the global economy. Today this possible rebalancing of the international tourism system is necessary before a growing number of Internet visitors.

The tourism sector is heterogeneous and fragmented. It involves many actors, both private and public, and draws on the skills most cutting possible. Like developed countries, there need to be mechanisms for cooperation and collaboration between public and private sectors, all around the new technologies of information and communication, to develop a new range of products and promote their advancement in new markets. You need to decide how to maximize the benefits of the vector of information technology by relying on partnerships and local alliances, national, subregional and global.

Tourism Development.

For our developing country, tourism has always been a source of real opportunities and measurable, and the phenomenon is growing. In these countries, often represents the primary source of foreign exchange and is also one of the largest providers of employment.

If this sector is properly integrated into development strategies, particularly those relating to new technologies can become the cornerstone of new production systems that will reduce poverty and to better integrate these countries into the global economy.

Aim.

The project aims include developing and implementing the platform to integrate our model of organization of the tourist market.

From a technical standpoint, this is a true generator of sites based on an architecture of client / server Internet-oriented and built around a set of databases and advanced search engine criteria.

This real tool to aid decision making, management and promotion will be connected to computer systems and existing partner organizations. Since this approach has a commercial character, will be designed also the generic business plan for training material and various guides and roadmaps related to disseminate the skills and strengthen national capacity in this area.

Finally, adjust the business plan to national conditions for the purchase a permanent platform when it is accepted by the state which is represented by this ministry.

Pursue certifications of the site and ensure its national and international promotion.

After the project, local management will be entrusted to a structure that brings together stakeholders from the public and private sectors to participate in the initiative since its early stages.

This model can lead to a real national growth stimulation, essentially at the level of small and medium enterprises through the promotion of tourism development and hence an image of the country.

It could increase the visibility of tourism potential and their companies, provide additional opportunities for promoting their products and services and diversify its customer base by allowing the private sector, in collaboration with the public sector permanently adopt all these elements.

One of the biggest factors in the success of low cost airlines has been the use of Internet booking engines. These engines combine their performance management systems with a highly sophisticated direct interface to customers, so not only have traditionally cut commissions paid to travel agents for every ticket sold but have also reduced their own costs of administration on technologies of information society.
