Location:	Argimiro with Libertador Avenue, east of the city of Barquisimeto, Edo. Lara.
Area:	21.50 hectares, 21.50 developed
Declaration:	No. 1908 / 30 December 1987. Gazette No. 33879 / 6 January 1988.
Brief History:	His name is given in honor of who was the creator of Project Yacambu - Quibor, JOSE MARIA OCHOA PILE.
