The Archipelago National Park Roques: Created on 8 August 1972, respondents work in the Caribbean Sea, off Venezuela's central coast. The park has an area of 225,153 hectares, bringing together a large number of keys, islands and islets where the sun is the great emperor. In its northern part has a coral reef 24 km in length, whose platform reaches up to 10 m deep. On its south platform achieved up to 1000 m depth. The archipelago is impressive purity of their environment, where even the colors are presented at its most lively, with electric shades of blue in its waters, the pure white of fine sands, green potent of its mangroves. It is the largest of its islands in Gran Roque, where the greatest number of plant life and birds. This is where residents offer tourists everything they may need during their stay in the archipelago.
But the grandeur of the archipelago does not end here. Its greatest treasure is under the surface, where an infinite marine life develops in the vicinity of the coral reef, finding a place to shelter from the dangers of high seas. The Los Roques archipelago is considered by many as a paradise for sports divers because of the great diversity of marine life, finding all kinds of sponges, corals, mollusks, crustaceans, sea turtles, sharks, jellyfish, etc.. The dramatic clarity of the water makes this experience unforgettable. The two ways to get to the park is by air or sea to the Gran Roque.
