Brief History:

In 1535, the son of Philip the Handsome and Joanna the Mad, who becomes familiar with the names of Charles I. King of Spain and Carlos V Emperor of Germany, ordered that the newly discovered silver mines in the territory of the New World, starts to mint a coin similar to that used in Europe under the name of Thales.

The Spanish residents of Mexico fulfilled the order and coined the thaler. However, not being familiar with the letter "th" sound but with a corresponding "d", replaced the two letters and baptize the new currency with the name 'daler'.

In the first century coinage of silver daler flowed almost entirely directly to Spain. It is estimated that between 1540 and 1650, the ancient Moorish kingdom of Granada, in what is now the province of Andalucia, southern Spain, the excess in the circulation of silver coins, produced an increase in the price level higher to 600 percent, in a world where inflation was then an unknown phenomenon. But by the mid seventeenth century, the daler also began to circulate in Mexico.

But in the British colonies settled in northern Mexico, no silver mines - if any daler

entering them, their metal content was immediately recycled for most practical purposes. Moreover, from its earliest settlements, the English colonists had learned to use as money any object to be presented more or less manageable, including snuff leaves, skins, salt, shells, and in years before the revolution, the paper.

It was just paper money which helped finance the revolution and liberation of America. In 1751, Benjamin Franklin traveled to London to ask the members of the English Parliament that would enable its American colonies to print money, as this could stop relying on shipments of pounds that were late, wrong or never. Franklin's request was politely heard before being rudely denied.

But Franklin was a practical man, before returning to America, bought the best press that the profession of physical advised. A few years later, that proved effective printing to print all the tickets 'continental' required to pay cost of revolution and liberation of the United States.

The success of Continental and revolutionary instrument and its failure as an economic tool is clearly described by Franklin himself when, in 1779 and during the war of independence, wrote to his friend Samuel Cooper as follows:

"Our currency has become a marvelous machine: it has fulfilled all its tasks from the very moment that cast her pay the salaries and uniforms for our troops, we used to buy ammunition and supplies, and when we have to print a larger, paid herself self depreciating. "

The phrase "not worth a Continental", until today has a derogatory tone in American culture. Indeed, the mainland became worthless once the revolution began on July 4, 1776 had succeeded. Thus, the emerging economy needed a new and reliable currency.

The need for a new currency is perceived by Alexander Hamilton, Secretary of the Treasury in the administration of George Washington, who proposes and manages the U.S.-with legal decree signed on April 4, 1792 - adopts as its own currency to daler Mexico, which soon began to be called 'dollar' under the phonetics of the English language.

The adoption of the dollar played a dual role: they eliminated the practice of printing money indiscriminately, and persuaded the world will know that America had become a united, sovereign and independent.

The silver dollar survived until the early twentieth century. On March 1, 1900, President William McKinley, who had declared war on Spain, officially decreed that from that day the dollar ceased to be quoted in silver and was beginning to be priced in gold.

This background serves to that shortly before the end of WWII, the victors who had gathered in the hotel "Mount Washington, located in a resort called Bretton Woods institutions, determine, among other things, that future transactions make each country in the Western world should be in U.S. dollars and, in turn, the United States promised to deliver an ounce of gold for each $ 35, when any country so requests.

That is, internationally accepted a commitment to operate the gold standard in all its glory.

The acceptance of universal dollar as it was based, of course, in recognition of an undeniable reality: the existence of a country rich enough for everyone to believe that those papers green-phrase of Milton Friedman-on effect could be exchanged for gold.

But just as international agreements are inviolable until someone decides to violate them with enough power on 15 August 1971, President Nixon announced that his government had taken the most revolutionary monetary measure of the twentieth century. The 'revolution' was to cancel the commitment to pay in gold the value of the dollar. This recipe was implemented some legendary alchemist, only in reverse: the gold standard became the patron-role.

The events that occurred after are well known: the emission of dollars without backing impaired their trading against other currencies of the First World, world inflation, an event hitherto unknown, threatened to imprison the entire western world was provided on funding and inflating the third world debt, and monetary discipline was subject to the will of successive governments.

The irony of this brief history is that Europe is ordered to give life to the dollar, and stopped using it. While in Latin America that all he did was call him "the metamorphosis that transformed the silver dollar in gold and dollar paper dollar, the dollar continues to ink with which our growing foreign debt accounts.

Tourism is the economic agenda of higher leverage and the major diversified employment. Employment in petroleum, petrochemical or steel industry requires an investment of between 50 and 100 times greater than one in tourism. Although the privilege of oil for years there had favored us, we still have time to reverse much of this in conjunction with national socialism to create tourist structure, training and control over it.

To enter the field we separate two concepts, one who knows and handles very well (Mintur) "Tourism and National Socialist, and the other, apparently not examined or not registered" Tourism Internacional "(Incoming) which is what really sustains us, although we agree that our wonders should be accessible for ourselves, we are also interested that this may be an inflow of foreign exchange, if only we focus on tourism national, would be working to spend here, while the second option, would lead to spending money at these people around the world here.

The main factors impeding entry for international tourism, foreign exchange earnings are:

  1. Having to depend on Parallel Dollar
  2. The lack vendors or business specialists when to promote the country.

Looking for more information, we found that most of the courses, TSU, degrees, conferences, etc.. In Venezuela, dedicated to the training of guides, environment, food, service, leaving an obvious gap in the sales area.

Venezuela offers more miles of coastline than any other Caribbean country has 4006 km of coastline, of which 1,700 are beaches. The other is outside the hurricane formation area. Shows a great biodiversity, with miles of jungle "Amazon", 43 national parks, 21 natural monuments, 2 Biosphere Reserves, 7 Refuges and Wildlife 5 Reservations. It is a wonderful combination of gentle beauty and aggressive which makes us a privileged country for tourism.

But where are the managers who represent us internationally to sell this, this requires training the future generation languages, sales, customer service, and most importantly of all, information without speculation. All this gap to be generated by the lack of Venezuelans that are integrated into these larger negotiations is due in large part to the misinformation by the government and part of this project is to alert and seek to please us integrate the system, which excluded due to information, virtual advertising and promotion of our country as to register a business of its kind in the RTN, there is only option for the information printed in this age of global information is sought on the Internet, millions of people around the world dream in their leisure time and search the Internet an information tool to fulfill that dream, easy, and in their language, which assumes that none of these people will go to a bookstore to buy a printed guide to Venezuela which, incidentally, the only international guide circulating is the "Lonely Planet" published all over the world and possibly the name of Venezuela would not be the first option to choose to pay for a printed publication unless it is sure that will travel.

Internet is a decentralized set of interconnected communications networks, functions as a single logical network, worldwide. Internet has a profound impact on work, leisure and knowledge worldwide. Thanks to the Web, millions of people have easy and immediate access to a vast and diverse amount of online information. Compared to traditional print information, the Web has enabled a sudden and extreme decentralization of information and of data.

Tourism represents much of the entertainment on the Internet and often provide a significant source of the benefit of advertising for other sites or products.

With the advent of Internet and high-speed connections available to the public, the Internet has significantly altered the way we work of some people who can do so from their respective homes. Internet has allowed these people more flexibility in terms of hours and location, unlike the traditional workday 9 5 in which employees move into the workplace.

An accountant based in a country can review the books of a company in another country, on a server located in a third country that is remotely maintained by specialists in a room.

Internet and especially blogs have given workers a forum in which to express their opinions about their jobs, managers and colleagues, creating a massive amount of information and labor data currently being collected by the project WorklifeWizard. org, for the Bar and Harvard Worklife program.

Internet is driving the phenomenon of Globalization and with the so-called dematerialization of the economy has given rise to a New Economy characterized by the use of the network in all processes to increase company value

The new economy is a term that was coined in the late '90s to describe the evolution of an economy based primarily on manufacturing and industry to an economy based on "Knowledge," due in part to new developments in technology and in part to economic globalization. The change began in ancient obsolete business practices.
